Grain bin covers are made using an ultra strong reinforcing technique superior to other methods. This ensures you are not continually repairing the tarp at the tie-down points where the pressure is at its utmost.
Fabric:
High quality, rip-resistant PVC fabric with a gloss acrylic lacquer on both sides in a range of colours.
Standard Inclusions:
- Reinforcing: Extra strong reinforcing method.
- Hem: 6mm rope sewn into hem for added strength.
- Eyelets: Brass eyelets in a reinforced patch, the eyelets sits against the rope edge to reduce the stress on the eyelet.
- Ropes: Silver ropes are all UV stabilized.
Optional Extras Available:
- Steel ring shorteners: Fully reinforced in a triangular patch.
- Stencil: Your name or company name can be stencilled onto your tarp for identification and to prevent theft.

Sunset Canvas manufactures various types of cotton tarpaulins from flat, fitted or belt type cotton tarps with various options, to a cotton tarp of your own design.
Cotton tarpaulins, if handled and stored correctly, should last for many seasons. Often cotton growers have achieved more than 10 seasons from their Sunset Canvas cotton tarpaulins.

UV stabilized premium grade Polyfabric with 3 year UV warranty in various colours.
Standard Inclusions:
- Fitted Tarps: Generous drop over side of module for fitted tarps.
- Tie Downs: Welded edges with brass eyelets or sewn edges with reinforced triangle patch (5 thicknesses of fabric) with eyelet.
Optional Extras Available:
- Stencil: Your name or company name can be stencilled onto your tarp for identification and to prevent theft.

Haystack and cotton seed covers can be made to any size required, in the material most suited to your needs. The fabric used can be for additional strength and durability or can be an economical method of covering your hay or cotton seed.
Fabric:
UV stabilized premium grade Polyfabric with 3 year UV warranty in various colours.
OR
High quality, rip-resistant PVC fabric with a gloss acrylic lacquer on both sides in a range of colours.
Standard Inclusions:
- Joins are high frequency or tape welded – waterproof and strong.
- Welded edges with brass eyelets or sewn edges with reinforced triangle patch (5 thickness of material) with eyelet or cut edge if you are burying material
