Please read the information below to ensure your online purchase is hassle-free and you understand your options.

Details of Delivery and Conditions of Purchase

Goods are only available for purchase for Australian Residents. All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD).

Shipping Charges

Different shipping charges apply to each product available for purchase online and are quoted  in the "Shipping" drop-down box selected when ordering each product. The shipping amount is shown in the Shopping Cart total when ordering. You also have the option of collecting your product from our workshop in Toowoomba.  

Delivery Time

Delivery times can vary depending on the product and its customisation. Sunset Canvas strives to fabricate and deliver your goods in a timely fashion. If you need something by a particular date, please give us a call and we will assist you. 

Refunds

Please choose carefully as we do not refund if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.  Claims of manufacturing faults or delivery of an incorrect item will be honoured if a claim is lodged within seven (7) days of delivery.  Goods must be unused and in new condition.  Sorry we do not refund shipping charges on delivery or return of goods.

Cancellations

Should you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us immediately. Cancellations will not be accepted if the order has been manufactured and/or shipped. 

Warranties

Sunset Canvas backs our workmanship and products 100%.  We don't offer guarantees with all the fine print, our promise to you is simple, if you have any problems with any of our products, we always work with our clients until the required result is achieved.

Goods Damaged or Lost in Transit

Sunset Canvas takes all care with the packaging and dispatch of your order, however we are not responsible for loss or damage during transit.  Goods are tracked through the freight company, so if you have not received your goods in a reasonable timeframe please contact us and we will assist in the tracking of the item. 

Secure Online Credit Card Transactions

We use a secure server to ensure that your details are not intercepted while being transmitted across the internet. Your details are in a secure environment immediately you initiate your order. Once the order is on our server, it is protected from any external viewing or downloading. When your order is processed, your credit card details are erased and not retained in our data base systems.
