Fabric Details
We have two fabric options for utility and trailer tonneau covers:
- Marine Grade Hooding Fabric - UV stabilised, textured PVC with matte finish with polyester backing. Water, rot and mildew resistant. [Pictured]
- PVC Vinyl - UV stabilised, tear resistant PVC with gloss acrylic lacquer. Easy to clean. Water, rot and mildew resistant.
Slikfit Buttonless Tonneau Covers
Slikfit buttonless tonneau covers are manufactured using a patented track system. Track is attached to the top edge of utility tray. A plastic strip is sewn into the tonneau, this will press into the track. Hence, a buttonless tonneau for utilities.
Inclusions:
- Fabrics: Tonneau Hooding or PVC Vinyl Fabric gives you maximum life and a large choice of colours.
- Aluminium Track: Fitted to utility tray.
- Plastic strip: Very robust, sewn into tonneau.
- Tonneau Bows: To ensure water run-off. Longer trays may require more than one bow.
- Felt Sleeve over Bow: Prevents wear and tear on the tonneau cover.
- For slightly more height adjustment your Slikfit Tonneau Cover can have a back up system on the inside with tonneau loops and hooks that clip onto the aluminium track.
Optional extras for Slik Fit Tonneau Covers:
- Trims can be made in a contrast colour to create an individual look.
- Cut-outs for ladder racks, roll bars or similar.
Traditional Tonneau Covers
The tried and tested design of the traditional tonneau cover gives you more load height adjustment as the continuous stretch cord gives you a more flexible lacing method.
Inclusions:
- Friction Strip: On the underside of your tonneau cover to protect your paintwork.
- Sailtrack: Slides into sailtrack behind the cabin of your utility or truck to secure the tonneau cover .
- Stretch Cord: Laces through double eyelets and hooks over the button. Gives maximum load height adjustment (shown above).
- Tonneau Bows: To ensure water run-off. Longer trays may require more than one bow.
- Felt Sleeve over Bow: Prevents wear and tear on the tonneau cover.
Optional Extras for Traditional Tonneau Covers:
- Tonneau Loops replace the stretch cord lacing through eyelets. Looks good but adjustment for higher items in the tray is limited (shown above).
- Trims in a contrast colour to create an individual look (shown above).
- Cut-outs for ladder racks and roll bars (shown above).

Our standard trailer tonneau cover is a well-fitted, top quality accessory for your trailer. The tried and tested design using stretch cord to secure your tonneau cover gives you more height and flexibility for load coverage.
